Calculator inputs are processed in your browser. This website does not submit those inputs to Amir Fetanat or save them as client records. The document checklist does not upload or store documents. Homeowner Hub inputs stay in the current page and clear when you leave or reload. Reports and calendar files download to your device only when you choose. Email sharing opens a draft for you to review and send.
Contacting Amir Fetanat
When you submit the contact form, this website saves your name, contact details, message, inquiry context, preferred time, the preceding website page when available and consent timestamp in a protected database for Amir Fetanat to review and respond. Your first name, last name, email and phone number are also submitted to Zoho CRM for follow-up. The contact page uses Zoho’s generated webform code, including its form analytics script, which may process technical browser information. This does not subscribe you to marketing emails. Use the secure application process for financial documents. Please do not include account numbers, identity documents or sensitive financial records in this form. Newsletter subscriptions
When you submit a newsletter form, this website saves your name, email, selected update preferences, any optional details, the signup page and a dated record of your express consent. This information is used to manage your subscription and prepare relevant updates. It is not published on the website. A signup confirmation and an owner notification are sent through the authorized mortgage Gmail account. Newsletter campaign distribution and Zoho CRM synchronization are separate features; Newsletter synchronization with Zoho is not connected yet. To withdraw consent, correct your details or request deletion, email mortgagebyamir@gmail.com. Please do not enter financial documents or account numbers in this form.
External services
The secure application, mortgage planner app and Calendly booking page are separate services with their own privacy terms. Booking links open Calendly, and the booking page can load its calendar when you choose Show available times. Calendly processes your booking details. With optional analytics consent, a completed booking within the embedded calendar is measured separately from a booking-link click; booking details are not included in our custom analytics event. The website also loads fonts from Google Fonts. External providers and hosting systems may process technical information such as IP addresses.

Analytics stays off until you choose Allow analytics. Your consent preference is stored on your device for up to 180 days. You can decline or withdraw permission through Cookie preferences in the footer; withdrawing stops future measurement from this integration and clears accessible Google Analytics cookies on this domain.
