When you submit the contact form, this website saves your name, contact details, message, selected topic, preferred time and consent timestamp in a protected database for Amir Fetanat to review and respond. Newsletter subscriptions
When you submit a newsletter form, this website saves your name, email, selected update preferences, any optional details, the signup page and a dated record of your express consent. This information is used to manage your subscription and prepare relevant updates. It is not published on the website. Zoho CRM and automated email delivery are not connected yet; we may transfer these subscription records to our CRM to manage your requested updates when that connection is available. To withdraw consent, correct your details or request deletion, email mortgagebyamir@gmail.com. Please do not enter financial documents or account numbers in this form.
External services
The secure application, mortgage planner app and Calendly booking page are separate services with their own privacy terms. Booking links open Calendly, where visitors can choose an available appointment time and provide booking details. The website also loads fonts from Google Fonts. External providers and hosting systems may process technical information such as IP addresses.
